Additional Support Offerings may be purchased only during an initial purchase of an Plug-in license. For renewals on a previously purchased Plug-in license, please purchase an Annual Support Renewal.
In general, customers can choose to add support in 1/2/3/4/5 year increments as shown below. Nexenta Sales, on a custom basis, can prepare bids for other timeframes such as 2 and 4 years. The items shown below are Application and Plugin Support options.
