Nexenta’s customers can obtain support either from their authorized Nexenta Reseller or from Nexenta directly. This section provides rich support options for all Nexenta customers:
- Document Library: Provides access to all Nexenta product documents, including release notes and application integration documents.
- Developer Resources: Provides access to Developer-specific information such as API documentation.
- Tutorials and Demos: Provides online tutorials that guide in the execution of a given task such as installing the product as well as demonstrations of product functionality.
- Support FAQs: Provides the most commonly-requested support questions and answers.
- Support Forum: Provides the capability for product end users to receive feedback both from Nexenta and other end users.
- Support Statements and Policies: Provides support statements for partner products and Nexenta support policies.
