RsyncShare

Nexenta RsyncShare – open source implementation of rsync shares manager for Windows servers, workstations, and laptops. RsyncShare is a GUI based, CDDL licensed, and free of charge part of the NexentaStor product. RsyncShare makes Windows machines accessible via any rsync client. Use RsyncShare for fast incremental Windows backup and restore. Use NexentaStor + RsyncShare combination for cost-effective and high-performance disk-to-disk backup and recovery, with continuous data protection and a rich variety of daily/weekly/monthly archiving options. RsyncShare uses the rsync algorithm which enables a fast method for synchronizing remote and local files and directoies, by sending just the differences across the link.

Requirements:

  • Windows NT/2000/2003/XP/VISTA
  • 32MB of free memory
  • 20MB of free disk space
